It worked for me, at least. Open up your graphics card control panel. Now, in your panel, go to 3D Settings. Now turn 'Threaded Optimization' or 'OpenGL Optimization' to off. Then turn 'Vertical Sync' to on. It might not be working correctly, not sure which mod it is but try disabling that one alone. Optifine just makes the screen go black and then you can't do anything at all but restart the game.
