WebMay 23, 2024 · At this time, the only thing I can suggest is to uninstall and reinstall the game. The release of Mafia II Definitive Edition was a surprise release yesterday and therefore has come with numerous bugs. This potential is just a bug in the game and should be fixed with an update from 2K at a later date. Hope this helps,
