WebGrapheneOS does not have them. CalyxOS is not as much hardened as GrapheneOS but has MicroG integrated, an open source reimplementation of the core features of Google services. It could work with that even if the apps require Google services. In any case have a look at Shelter. It allows to isolate apps to a work profile. WebSince the Play services apps are simply regular apps on GrapheneOS, you install them within a specific user or work profile and they're only available within that profile. Only apps within the same profile can use it and they need to explicitly choose to use it. It works the same way as any other app and has no special capabilities.

WebFor Microsoft Office apps I would honestly recommend CalyxOS and establishing a work profile on a Calyx phone. It partitions the apps separately. Some of the Office apps (particularly Outlook) won't work at all on GrapheneOS at least in this point in time anyway.
